Saturday, May 23, 2015 - Lynchburg, VA to Huntsville, AL

Aww...

Todd was amazed at the magical place where we travel north and south at the same time.

Is that redundant?

And this is pronounced...

Yes

Mmm-hmm

Just chill.

Todd likes math. There's a huge plus sign on the side of the road.

'Merica

Hello Tennessee!

We're hee-e-re!

Paused for lunch.

Yucky name

This was like 40 feet high on the side of the road.

Where did you come from? Where did you go?

 Memorial Day weekend.

We stopped to take in a scenic view.

Cool car

We think we'd like Rock City.

But we HAD to stop here!

'Bye Rock City

More pretty views

We had Georgia on our minds, for like 2 miles.

We hit Tennessee again for a brief spell.

Ooh. Travelling there was like travelling back in time.

Alabama!

Ew

Progress

Hmm

 Memorial Day Weekend

And you thought all your unclaimed luggage went to Peoria.

Welcome to Huntsville, AL!
In an uncomfortable turn of events, the Huntsville Stars have moved to Biloxi, MS but their stadium isn't finished yet. They're currently playing their home games on the road. The team that moved away is playing at their former home stadium.

At least there's a Carnival in the parking lot.

Still trying to capitalize on the fans' allegiance.

Hi Todd!

Hi Stephanie!

The Biloxi Shuckers (former Huntsville Stars, playing in their former home ballpark) (AA for the Brewers) lost to the Birmingham Barons (AA for the White Sox).

We saw it happen.

A veritable fire sale.

A big rocketship in downtown Huntsville

We swear this says "Warrior."
