Friday, June 5, 2015 - Kodak, TN to York, PA

Bye-bye building

Wayne! We'll be home soon!

The Endless Caverns in Virginia have still not been explored entirely. They were "discovered" by two kids in 1879. (AAA told us so.)

Pretty!

Yummy!

A smaller version of Tom's River? Stop following us, Jersey!

Hello again West Virginia!

The slowest driver in the state, permanently.

CRABS

Crossing back over.

Hi there!

Ahem

We took US-30, the Lincoln Highway, the first transcontinental highway for cars in the US. It was begun in 1913 and goes from Times Square to Lincoln Park in San Francisco.

Why is it not a horse museum?

Todd made us turn around to get this picture.
Good wood?

Are there that few cars in Wyoming?

Whoa.

Oh, it makes sense now, Wait, what?

COOL CARS ON PARADE

It's Street Rod Day in York, PA!

We are here at Brooks Robinson Park to see the York Revolution play the Sugarland Skeeters. This is the Atlantic League. They are not affiliated with Major League Baseball.

Hi Brooks and kids!

Woo!

In the ticket office

The field

A manual scoreboard!

If your birthday is today, you are in "good" company.

We did just that!

A whole corporation just to lift one person?

Coming soon!

We went to see Cannonball Charlie!

What Cannonball Charlie sees from his post

Heh heh

Behind the scoreboard

Retired numbers

We guess these seats aren't used often (except by spiders).

Championship Pennants

BREAD STICKS

A member of the Prettyboy Baseball team. Yes, really.

This kid's name is not spelled correctly.

This little girl was so scared of this mascot!

Stephanie was very brave.

We like when things are in order.

Us! There!

WOW! The home team came back and won it on a walkoff HR in the bottom of the 9th. This game ended their latest record of 32 scoreless innings. Everyone was very happy.

Cannonball Charlie go BOOM!

Woo!

Post-game tidying

Still gotta clean up the ice from the Gatorade shower.

COOL street art/bike rack!!
